Ordering parts from Japan couldn't be easier! Below is a run down of how our system works.
Sit back, make a coffee and have a browse of our extensive range of products on our online store. While we make every effort to have as many items as possible in our catalogue it would be impossible to list them all, and we are constantly adding new products!
Once you've found something which takes your fancy in our store you just need to go through the simple checkout process and it's all yours! Step by step instructions are given throughout the process and it makes ordering your favourite parts so simple and fast.
From there, we receive the order and will get in contact with you to proceed. A 40% deposit will be received to secure your item then we'll place the order for the parts from the supplier.
Once payment has been received from us at the supplier end they'll do their processing and get it out to us. This can take anywhere between 7-28 days. When the item leaves Japan we are issued with a tracking number which can be requested by you if you wish. Once the item is in transit from Japan it usually only takes a few days to arrive.
We will keep you informed throughout the whole process as we understand it can be a bit daunting with overseas purchases especially for customers who may not have much or any experience with it.
If you can't find something you're looking for on our website there's still a very good chance we can source it for you. Many products we can supply are not yet loaded on the website. Send us a product inquiry and we will have a reply to you in no time.
Forms of payment we accept are: cash on pickup, credit card via paypal (surcharge applies) or bank transfer.
